Yellow Rock "St George Monastery" June 2010

On Saturday 19th June 2010, the St Catherine's Youth Fellowship ventured up to the Blue Mountains (Yellow Rock) to visit the Holy Monastery of St. George.
Our original plan was to visit the Monastery for a few hours and then venture up to Leura for lunch.
Due to the peaceful, soothing and blessed atmosphere, we end up spending the whole day at the Monastery! (8 hours in total). Although it sound's like a long time, it only felt like a couple of hours.
After lunch, we made our way to the church, for the evening vespers.

In the end, we all had a peacefull, memorable and joyfull time. Our facial expressions said "a thousand words".
Personally, i had the same feeling which i would get if i'd gone on a holiday for a couple of weeks!
